Daily designer and producer for all video, design, and motion graphics projects.

- Developed and executed the overall video production strategy, while producing visually appealing, functional, and engaging multimedia assets and content

- Created and updated brand standards for motion and video, to be used internally and as a resource for external vendors and production partners

- Managed the end-to-end video production process, from storyboarding to filming, post-production, editing, sound, VFX, and final delivery

- Managed and led a team of video producers, editors, and other production staff to foster a creative and collaborative work environment while providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.

- Led team through rebranding and launch of new website; including development of branded illustrative style, iconography, photography, and video/animations

- Managed global external production partners and vendors in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM and collaborated with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects

- Produced & creative directed award-winning integrated marketing campaign leveraging celebrity influencers

- Utilized camera, composition and lighting techniques to ensure optimal video quality both in studio and on location and operated a variety of video equipment, including cameras, audio recording devices, and lighting setups

- Post-production management to enhance video content, including color correction, audio balancing VFX, and motion graphics for final package delivery
